Ferreus Industries offers the following Returns Policy:
Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt of the item. All unopened items will be refunded 100% of the item value, minus original shipping charges. Opened product will be charged a 20% restocking fee, unless the item is still in brand new condition with no visible scratches, etc., minus any shipping charges. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. When returning your item, please refer to your invoice number and include your Name, Address and Telelphone number in the box.
